Your satisfaction is our goal. We make sure all products have been accurately described to ensure that you are receiving high-quality and satisfactory products. However, if for any reason you’re not totally pleased with your Exxotic Hair Design purchase, we accept return of product(s) under the following conditions:
NOTE** EFFECTIVE MAY 1st 2021, DUE TO COVID-19, ALL CUSTOMIZED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
1. We accept return(s) 7 calendar days from the original purchase date. Any return(s) or requests after 7 calendar days of purchase will not be honored.
NOTE ** If you have purchased a Customized Unit, unfortunately we will not be able to honor that return.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please make sure to contact us by email (email@example.com) 3 days after delivery date. The unauthorized returns (no contact made through email) will not be accepted. Products must be return in the original state. All product returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace (uncut), original curl pattern (undispersed), and still, have the original package & gifts attached. Place your item(s) in the original box with the receipt.
*The customized orders are non-refundable.
- We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number for convenience, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue return credit. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid. - If the returning is due to our problems (Such as incorrect products, quality problem of products), we will provide a full refund for you.
2.If the returning is due to buyer’s problems (Such as don’t like/want, order wrong product/size ), we will remove $30 from your refund as loss of stock and handling fee, and you must contact us for returning within 3 days of receiving.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the refund will automatically be returned to your credit card or original method of payments within a certain amount of days. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance by email: email@example.com.
- If you have any problems with order/products/payment, please contact us at first. If you return the items without prior contacting us, or if there is no reason to dispute, we will not ensure your refund and make a complaint according to the policy.
Cancellation & Exchange:
You can cancel your order/item within 24 hours through our customer service email (firstname.lastname@example.org). For more than 24 hours, we can’t make sure whether it succeeded, if it has; cancellations will incur a 20% restocking fee.
If you want to change your order before it is shipped out, you can contact us by email; once your order has been shipped out, we will not be able to change/cancel it for you.
Exchanges are valid 7 days after delivery of the product. All products must be returned in the same condition as received unworn, unwashed, original lace (uncut), original curl pattern intact and still, have the original package & gifts attached (unused). Place your item(s) in the original box with the receipt. There will be a 20% restocking fee from the cost of the original purchased product. Small and Large Caps as well as Customization products and fees are final sale.
Defective items must be reported by Email only within 3 days of receipt. Without any prior report/notification, we will not issue the refund. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. Report email: email@example.com
