Processing Time
We strive to provide you with the fastest delivery, normally, the whole processing and shipping period will take 5-10 business days.
Process after your order is placed
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
And, the following conditions will be borne by the buyer:
- If customs duties are imposed in the recipient’s country/region, the taxes will be paid by the buyer.
- The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.
- The buyer shall bear the cost incurred due to the buyer’s cancellation or return of the order halfway for personal reasons.

The USA: 5-10 business days. Other Countries: 7-15 business days.
Helpful Tip:
- Normally, the local shippers deliver packages on workday (Mon – Fri).Therefore, to ensure your package will be delivered to you safely and punctually, it’s better for you to choose an address where you can receive the package on workday as the shipping address. It’s best to keep your phone open, because the shipper might contact you via phone.
- Some shipping services we use should have the customer’s signature to be successfully delivered. If we ship the goods to your delivery address and someone signs for it, we will not be responsible for any loss or theft of the package. Therefore, please make sure that you or your authorized people are at the delivery address.
COVID-19 Regulation
In light of the current pandemic of the COVID-19, the normal operation of all couriers around the world has been affected; this includes our courier partners, the order shipping might appear 3-5 business days’ delay. What if my shipment has not reached me within the normal time frame?
You may email us about your shipment including but not limited to order status, shipping problem even information change, we will try our best to response or solve your question as soon as possible. Otherwise, if your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact exxotichairdesignextensions@gmail.com . Operating hours are from 8am – 7pm EST, Sunday-Friday (6 days a week), excluding Saturdays and holidays.
